Scan done. I'm 16lbs/7.3kg heavier than my last scan, but came in at the same body fat percentage of ~15%. Gained a little over 11lbs/5kg of lean body mass since February.

Glutamine kinda has an umami taste like cheese. Mixing it into unflavored whey tastes like liquid cheese. Leucine tastes like bitter chemicals. I gagged the first time I took it because I had nothing to mask the taste.

I started taking leucine and omg it tastes like straight ass. Like if you've ever had pure caffeine, it's the closest thing I can compare the taste to.
