I used to work near his Southbank apartment. An old colleague, after a night out, paid a visit. He managed to get the concierge to call @rcher. A drunk mancunian voice asked, "Hi Jeffrey, fancy a disco and a kebab?" "No thank you" I wouldn't have wanted to be the concierge after that one.

I can't believe no one has mentioned William's Defender. Tricky to learn, but once you do its addictive and heary pumping. Simple game play, but when it hits up it's reactions over strategy. Still love it after 45 years
