Well, so far they're holding the line (the 8 NV), but time will tell. Even if they lose their spine and flip, the bill as-is right now still fails the rules vote thanks to Massie's and Fitzpatrick's votes against.

Google Location Services by default stores significantly more intimate GPS detail, tied to a particular device+user. Meanwhile, Apple stores this location data locally on the device (Significant Locations). If the DOJ wanted to convict someone for obstruction, Google is the obvious first choice.
