I messed up and overproofed then refrigerated too long a tavern style dough that still turned out wonderfully. Reminded me that I am my own worst critic and I am capable of producing quality things. Happy Friday!

Thin crust pepperoni pizza with Parmesan Reggiano on top. Cut into squares because tavern style and life is too short to not cut pizza differently sometimes.

Went to @blackhartstp.com last night. Caught up with friends while we watched S. Korea beat Czechia and had tamales. 10/10 would do again. Reminder for those going tonight to watch the USMNT play to get there EARLY early.

Me not being able to make strawberry rhubarb pie tonight because there's no room in the fridge due to the bourbon cherry crisp being there is definitely a champagne problem.
