I've been focusing on the crafts side of Möbli the past week, and played around with shrink plastic to make accessories. Most things I made didn't turn out to be very useful 😅 but I really like how this little flower painting turned out! #miniatures #crafts #cozygame

The color menu now works with different materials! It's quite satisfying to see the materials automatically being changed when another piece of furniture is selected 🎨🪵 And I had fun exploring how UI styling works in Godot, it feels good to have figured that out a little bit #indiedev #godot

My builder game's got a functioning recolor menu! Yay! 🌈🥳 The next step is to connect the color library that's shown in the menu to the material of the selected object. I made some really nice glass and metal colors that I can't wait to show 🤩 #ScreenshotSaturday #IndieDev #CozyGame

I'm working on the color menu for Möbli now 🖌️🎨 My objects already had materials assigned to them, and now those materials have default colors ✨ Next, it's time to connect the massive color library I made, so the objects can be recolored... This is going to be fun! #indiegame #solodev #godot

Alright, made some progress! Furniture can be selected, and moved and rotated individually. It's starting to look like something now! Though I must say I think that with every tiny step haha. It's so exciting and motivating to see the project look more like a playable game. #godot #indiedev

I finally made the first step to rebuild my game in Godot 🥳I've got the basics in place: the furniture sprites are built at runtime, they can rotate, and they've got some basic isometric behaviour. Now it's time to make them selectable. Because having them all rotate at the same time isn't great 😆

I've been experimenting a bit with backdrops for Möbli. I probably cannot make the backdrops by hand like I do with the furniture pieces, so I've built some in 3D in Sketchup. And I think I actually like the contrast between these two different styles. It's exciting to get some direction!
