Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland announced the 19 members who will make up the newly-established Advisory Council for Climate Adaptation Science (ACCAS). The Finding Frost Fish Survey will take place in December 2023 and January 2024. We have two options for participating — daytime surveys to look for bird activity (a good sign frost fish are around) or nighttime surveys to look for spawning frost fish.
