Attention Dubbers! I am talking to a company about dubbing, and they are asking for my dubbing rates for finished hours of audio. As far as I know, dubbing is based on working hours and not finished audio hours. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. What would you say to them?

One of my big goals for 2025 is to narrate a LitRPG title. I've played D&D and Final Fantasy since I was 8 years old - this is right in my wheelhouse. So far, two auditions, not hired for either, though I was proud of both auditions. Come on, universe - make it happen!

ISN'T IT AMAZING?!?!?!?! (Also, I highly recommend Marc Scott's Nimble setup course - it saved me hours of trying to figure out how all the inscrutable options worked). But given time, their excellent video series, and great support team, you could probably figure it out yourself.

YES - I ran into this. My dock is powerful enough to power 1 of my interfaces but not the other. Is there any guide to a measurement of power output that would help here? Some amount of watts/amps/ohms/joules (clearly I forget my science lessons) that would be necessary for different functions?

PSA: It's very difficult to convince a 4-year-old that "Do" and "To" are pronounced like they are, because "o" makes an "oh" sound, so quite literally, even a two letter word like "Do" should sound like "Doe," and "To" should be "Toe." WHY, ENGLISH, WHY!?
