the problem it's HIVE it's not part of Bluesky, it's a third party company, the terms and services stipulates the usage parameters, and while 2.d.iii gives hive.ai the right to do the same, you only agree to the extent allowed by 2.d.i

here's a direct screenshot regarding this which as it says, it only gives HIVE rights up d.1 since it's NOT part of Bluesky, breaching this opens HIVE to a lawsuit from the users

another clarification, the terms of service of Bluesky PROHIBIT theft of intellectual property, which would mean you would be free to sue HIVE should they used your images for training AI purposes
