IMHO, “Replace” ICE would be better messaging since it implies new and better, whereas Fox News would weaponize “Abolish” as meaning Dems don’t want ANY enforcement of immigration law at all, leaving Dems having to explain why that’s not true…and if you’re explaining, you’re losing, so they say.
