Glow Disc giveaway results (a little early, forgot about another commitment tonight). I didn't want to spoil the excitement and the high drama of the spinning wheel, so winners will be shared in the first comment. 35 of you entered -> 2.3 giveaway discs -> rounded up to 4 😃🎉

Mission accomplished on discovering some new Disc Golfers on Bluesky! Loving the DG community forming here. Last call to get in on this. Here's the wheel that I'll be spinning ~7pm ET and posting winners shortly after (feel free to double-check me but I think I have everyone, incl bonus entries 😀)

I'll do "as a player" from my personal account. but as a small business, it was cranking up production, getting a tent put together, and getting this group of friends together for a road trip and our "coming out" at Worlds in Lynchburg earlier this year.

Loving all the pics. This has been a lot of fun! 2 days left to get in. Here's my tabulation for entries so far. The drawing will be Monday ~7pm EST. Give-away will be at least 4 discs even if we don't get to 60 entries. Winners will be tagged and will get to pick which disc they want.

Let's pull some bluesky disc golfer out of the shadows. Comment with a pic from a recent round for a chance to win one of the discs featured in my recent demo videos. If you don't have a pic, get out and play this weekend and take one! Contest rules in first comment. Drawing on monday.

The other setting/preference for alt text badge will make the alt text indicator a little bigger/more noticeable. example here of smaller vs larger alt text badge

screenshot of media on bluesky showing default alt text badge and the larger alt text badge. you can change to see the larger badge under settings -> accessibility -> "display larger alt text badges"

alt text tip. I missed adding alt text to my last post and couldn't find a way to add it after 😞. A quick google search confirmed that the ship has sailed on that post...but it also turned up this (under Settings -> Accessibility). Pass it along if you want to help boost accessibility on Bluesky.

screenshot of account setting in Bluesky where you can enable "Require alt text before posting". there is also an additional preference for displaying larger alt text badges on content that includes media.

working on some cart options, but those will be more for charging the disc than providing a beacon for the bag/cart (the original purpose of this was to glow the legs of the stand, charging the disc was a nice bonus. this pic has a preview of a cart attachment with disc charger built in.

This is the Mojoh Ryzer UV underlight accessory that I'm working on right now. It locks into the middle section of the bag stand and projects UV light onto the legs/ground (not into anyone's eyes 😎). watch w/ sound on or see alt text for an explainer. #discgolf #mojohryzer #glow

Any Mojoh Ryzer users out there that also play a lot of glow rounds? I have a prototype of a glow accessory for the mojoh that I want to get feedback on (I'll send one to you if you'll use it & let me know what you think). message me or comment if interested. #discgolf #glow #mojohryzer

a venn diagram showing a very small audience that might be interested in this. disc golfers on bluesky, that play glow, that use a mojoh ryzer. wish me luck :)
