it happened again and i didn't even realize it this time until i wrote it. they're calling him truly beyond salvation

happy 11th anniversary undertale. i don't have anything for this year sorry. just put this one back in the microwave, it reheats well!

i play fast and lose with my rhyme scheme. which is to say, i write the lyrics fast, then i lose

still working on this pinky promise!!

a few days ago i watched grave of the fireflies (1988) followed shortly thereafter by d.a.r.y.l. (1985). both of them almost made me cry for wildly different reasons. explosions (sad) vs. explosions (stupid)

finally got some lyrics going! this is going to more or less be a corollary piece to comfort slop. it's a fun vibe to write about, sue me. i have also unlocked the power of backup singers

010

glotch @glotch.net · 24/08/2026

saw an early screening of coyote vs acme yesterday. it was very charming, the animation was great, and it even made me laugh a few times! i hope warner brothers gets a $0 check in the mail

finally am able to start a new song... this one is starting off from a voice note i left myself a week ago. once i actually figure out once i want the lyrics to be we'll be cruisin usa

interestingly, after over a year of no one caring about this, i've received two inquiries about the pizza tracker simulator in the past week. not sure if coincidence or if someone posted it somewhere. either way, glad to see i'm not the only one who has pizza pete rattling around in their skull

yay i got all perfects!! and i think that means this is the only rhythm heaven game i've gotten all perfects on. i genuinely still have not been able to perfect moai doo wop 2 despite owning the ds game for over 10 years

to the person that has comfort slop in their "reminds me of my partner" playlist as an outlier among mostly laufey and lamp tracks, i hope you have a very long and loving relationship filled with easy meals that should cause you to stop

010

glotch @glotch.net · 27/07/2026

fun fact: i did this entire thing in 7/4 without changing the time signature in ableton because i didn't realize it. don't ever let things like "competency" get in the way of you're dream's

020

glotch @glotch.net · 27/07/2026

flashing back to when i made a remix of this. incredible time and place to be a Poster on Website i would record the ableton set but the sample is broken or something because it doesn't sound right anymore :(

time to start the all medals + perfects journey. already have gotten 73/80 medals, and have only failed one perfect so far. luckily i don't anticipate a moai doo wop 2 in my future (⬇️ actual tag i used on cohost more than once)

000

glotch @glotch.net · 24/07/2026

i beat it!! my only real criticism of this game is that the remixes are kinda underwhelming in comparison to previous entries. luckily everything else has still got the juice and it makes my heart very happy

100

glotch @glotch.net · 18/07/2026

i have only just begun the 9th stage of rhythm heaven groove but i hope tsunku gets one trillion dollars budget allotment from this point forward. incredibly heartening to come back after 10 years to find your goat not washed, but well groomed, sharply dressed, and ready to take on the day

030

glotch @glotch.net · 15/07/2026

that's very real. it was never a good option, just better :^) oh god i just imagined a universe where we had to deal with people calling deltarune vaporware and dead game for 10 years

010

glotch @glotch.net · 15/07/2026

though tbh given the choice between chapter releases and waiting 10 years i think this was still the better option

130

glotch @glotch.net · 15/07/2026

this release structure has led to the game being in continuous conversation with its community before it's even finished which has made it fun and interesting in some ways but yeah i'm fine if this never happens again it wasn't supposed to come out this way and it shows lol

demo from yesterday hit the discover feed received an unsolicited hate comment calling the vocals and pitch bends "intolerable" go to their profile and first thing i see is "lgb no t" a true classics of web site

glotch @glotch.net · 06/07/2026

so far it seems to largely Just Work which is crazy when i've been fighting tooth and nail to get the utau voice bank for kasane teto to even say intelligible words

000

glotch @glotch.net · 05/07/2026

and yes i feel this way after doing a total of 3 lines of vocals

030

glotch @glotch.net · 05/07/2026

i downloaded the synthv free trial and i have never been more tempted to immediately purchase anything in my life. in comparison to utau this is outright magic powers
