Gloria 3D @gloria3d.bsky.social · 04/12/2024

what if the main artist handled paying the assistants, so you just have to deal with the main artists, and the assistants working in the shadows with pay from main artist

question all Vtubers! if artist you hired had human assistants? how would you feel? like assistants that might help with modelling some props of the character, or secondary outfits? or help out with some texturing? what are your thoughts on artists outsourcing tasks to others?

Gloria 3D @gloria3d.bsky.social · 03/12/2024

so it would be fine if the assitants are paid a small fee for their task, what if they did it for free, as intership or something would it change things

my work used to be shit, used to half ass and rush all the time, but now i keep expanding my ideas until they take so much time it hurts no matter what i do its not good enough. its not there yet, did becoming a perfectionist turn me into a good artists? is this the true cost of being good at art?

Gloria 3D @gloria3d.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

i know right! if they think its so simple why are they asking me for help? and if my prices are out of their budget just say so, "sorry cant afford this right now thank you" and find another 3D artist thats starting out so theyll have lower prices!

Yeah they didn't really solve that plot huh, I think they did too many story lines at once and honestly season 2 I was confused most of the time Like did they change the writers?
