He held on to it, fell through some glass doors, then kicked it while face down on the lawn. It's the next morning and the first of a series of Cody Abilenes is investigating the situation and the TV is still right next to the bad guy, smeared with Karo and red food dye, and it looks like it's still on. It's probably not but I like to think it is. Oh, and Regis Philbin was on the TV when the guy grabbed it a second before he croaked.

Star Trek peeps, does anyone have any info on Gerald Gurian? This summer an auction house in Vegas announced they were going to auction his stuff, no one had any info, and then the auction came and went and somehow I didn't even hear about it.

The closest dupe to MAC Grapefruit Pucker I could find was L'Oreal Colour Riche (pronounced koo-looour reeeech, I'm sure) 180 Pink Flamingo, which doesn't have that hint of coral in it

The dialect map result for me from mydialect dot us -- said I spoke mostly like someone from Missouri at 54%, though I would say the other 46% is Kansas, based on the map's appearance. Which makes sense because I grew up in Missouri but have lived in Kansas for 35 years.

Just watched an interview with her from a few years ago and she seemed great, very sad news

Actress Anne Schedeen, best known for playing matriarch Kate Tanner on the late-’80s sitcom ALF, has died. She was 77.

“It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share Annie has passed peacefully,” reads a post on her official Facebook page. “She leaves behind an extraordinary legacy of creative energy, whip smart humor, delight in her family, adoration for little dogs, burning hatred for Trump, passion for second-hand thrifting, and love for a good story. When I was a little kid in Lebanon Missouri we had a tornado nearby but the sirens weren't working, so the police had to call all the hospitals and schools manually. Probably on rotary phones! Wikipedia says some homes were "unroofed" but it was a little worse than that

A detached garage or maybe part of a house that got hit by a tornado in Laclede County MO in April 1982, as published in the Springfield News-Leader. There was a widespread tornado outbreak April 2nd through 4th in 1982 in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
