Speaking up and calling someone out who has intentionally mistreated and hurt you isn't hateful, is not revengeful, isn't holding a grudge, and it certainly isn't wrong. Calling out injustice, holding someone who was abusive to you, or hurt you accountable, sharing your story with others and using strong boundaries doesn't make you mean, rude or nasty. A toxic person and their enablers will likely shame you for speaking up, and claim you are all of the above.

The techniques of brainwashing are simple: isolate the victim, expose them to inconsistent messages, mix with sleep deprivation, add some form of abuse, get the person to doubt what they know and feel, keep them on their toes, wear them down, and stir well.

The destruction with the hacked feed was the conversation they had with me through it while they watched me in my phone. They played with my mind and hopes, they exploited me through my mental illness and taunted me, it was a sick and evil thing to do, they violated my privacy and my mind.

Believe survivors of malware domination, even if you didn't know spyware could enable a kink relationship over a hacked feed the victim is compelled to submit it. Sometimes survivors are messy, sometimes sexual violence is unprecedented. Spyware is stalking and using that power to control is evil.

Don't talk to Mr about "believing survivors" because even with proof, we are still doubted. Still bullied by the abusers enablers. Still retraumatized by the legal system. And too often, the only time people finally believe us is when it's too late. And even then, the abusers enablers will still work harder to smear out names than hold the abuser accountable.

It's hard not to take the isolation personally after experiencing political malware trauma and spyware domination. You should never be expected to be the bigger person when you didn't create the discomfort in the first place. Too many people cause the chaos, cross the line, then want you to swallow your feelings just to keep the peace. Nah. Accountability matters. Being mature doesn't mean accepting disrespect or cleaning up messes you didn't make. Sometimes protecting your peace means standing firm and letting folks sit in the consequences of what they caused.
