Right now if you go to Account Standing in Discord settings, you can see what they guessed your age would be. Fortunately for me they guessed correctly, but these kinds of systems are imperfect at best.

Electronic Arts, Activision Blizzard, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, all of these corporations are firing massive amounts of people to replace them with GenAI.

this is something I absolutely despise in the Nexus Mods community. If your mod does something in-game, why are you making an AI generated image to show what it does for your thumbnail? Go in-game, take a screenshot of it, and use that. Despite my opinion do not go harass these mod authors.

The thumbnail image is an AI generated image of Piper and Nate (The Sole Survivor) having a meal in a nondescript post-apocalyptic town that does not look like any known location within the Fallout franchise.

The worst offender of the AI generated image thumbnails in my opinion: A mod by DaydreamingDay called FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP. The short description reads "Fast physics for capes, clothes, hair, etc!" and it was last updated one month ago, and first uploaded on the 22nd of October, 2021. The thumbnail is an AI generated image of a generic snowy, rocky mountain with an armored woman with cloth bits that would normally hang down, but are flowing with some wind. The background is not any known location within Skyrim or Tamriel.

this is the real reason we don't need AI I was playing Wordle and I had no clue what the word was, and so I sent a screenshot to my *mother* and she found the word within a minute. And she was correct.

I love how I created an account so that I can view one post without getting blockaded by Twitter, I make no posts, and then I get suspended for "inauthentic behaviors." It's so fucking vague. I'm not even going to fight it, Twitter's a cesspool anyway.

Apparently if you use the Ghost command in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered to go out of bounds you can see this huge mountain in the distance, very reminiscent of the Throat of the World!
