Meme going around: Post the model phone that came out the year you were born Me:

Vintage 1972 Stromberg Carlson Slenderet Rotary Wall Telephone Avocado Green. This is an old wall phone with skin design that has a rotary dial. A voice hand is holding the receiver, and the base is on the table off to the side, the cord end terminated to a square four pin phone jack of the era.

Made #GlutenFree #Apple Hand Pies tonight and I'm really pleased with them! The crust is impressively flakey! Nothing too unusual in the gluten free ingredients. Relatively easy all things considered. Already contemplating cherry ones with the same crust. And I […] [Original post on tech.lgbt]

Just a wink out of this one. But I'll take it. :-) #YouEverBittenInsideOfYourCheek ?

a screenshot of Christopher Walken in the movie The Power of Few. He is playing a houseless man and is looking a little scruffy. He is wearing a knit cap, a dark coat with a yellow undershirt with handwritten writing. His hair is long. He's winking.

Got another postcard from #PostCardSwap via @nigel of a beautiful photo they took of Lake Mangamahoe in New Plymouth New Zealand! Thank you!

Photo of a lake with a mountain and the sky in the background. There are a few ducks in the foreground. The sky is full of thick clouds causing the greens and blues of the photo to pop. The far edge of the lake is forested in various shades of green. This is a photo of Lake Mangamahoe in New Plymouth, New Zealand. Mount Taranaki is visible in the background.

Is anyone else out there in the science world dealing with the dramatic change in our day-to-day jobs that occurred in the last year?

I can't be the only one who hasn't written a line of code since spring and now directs agents who are becoming increasingly autonomous. This all happened crazy fast.

I’m complaining at you, because the place I would normally complain, a work-team Signal chat, contains the people I’m complaining about.

At this point I can absolutely believe that ai use is making people stupider. Some of these people are friends and right now I want to strangle them.

Not a bad movie if you're into boxing or Mickey Rourke. Was interesting to know that he wrote it and that the movie had some influence. Fun to see Michael Buffer start his Hollywood career of being himself. #LetsGetReadyToRumble Movie scores are something interest […] [Original post on tech.lgbt]
