After standing all day, had to get in a game of Mario Kart World to wind down. Blue Yoshi with biker drip might be my new main. That, or Hammer Bro…. Maybe Snowman?? #IGNLive

36. Mario Kart 64 35. Super Smash Bros. Brawl 34. Spider-Man 2 33. Call of Duty: Black Ops Mario Kart 64 was always always always the game I looked forward to playing when I went to my friends house as a kid. Also, menu music was a vibe. Brawl was not my fav. But it's launch hype was next level.

OH MY GOODNESS MY HEART!!!!!!!!!!!

Mario Kart Horizo- I mean World!!! LETS GO!!! This is my Nintendo Switch 2 Direct thread 🧵

40. NBA 2K12 39. NBA 2K11 38. Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness 37. Gears of War 2 The 2K era in high school are some times I will never forget. The soundtracks were the best they ever were in the franchise. The game felt a little more arcadey which made it special. Nothing like some shot-clock cheese.

44. Okami 43. Balatro 42. Super Mario 64 41. Wii Sports Balatro took over my life around Christmas time. I had to put it down because I was too hooked on it. I don't get how some of you make it to scientific notation though. Also... every time I go bowling I hear the Wii Sports theme in my head.

48. Kingdom Hearts II 47. Spider-Man: Miles Morales 46. Sonic CD 45. Wario Land 4 This slate of games are all solid for their own reasons. I think what they all have in common for me is the music. Wario Land 4 is one of the only platformers I truly like. Sonic CD is childhood. Sanctuary is amazing.

52. Sonic Riders 51. Octopath Traveler 50. Spider-Man PS4 49. Fortnite Fortnite has been around for a while and on occasion I'll hop back on with some friends as a good pick-me-up after a busy day. It feels like it's all I have time for nowadays. Can I graduate already?

56. Call of Duty: World at War 55. Civilization VI 54. Overwatch (2) 53. Mass Effect WaW is a lowkey favorite of mine and it gave us ZOMBZ. Civ VI builds on my love for AoE. I think of OW2 and OW as the same game and it gave me great times. Mass Effect.... self explanatory, we'll see where 2 lands.

60. Age of Empires II 59. RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 58. Zoo Tycoon 2 57. Mini Metro I'm just happy my local library as a kid had AoE, RollerCoaster Tycoon, and Zoo Tycoon available to borrow. I would intentionally ask my parents to take me back just to see if the games were there. All time greats.

64. Super Mario Bros. 3 63. NBA 2K10 62. Spyro the Dragon 61. Sonic & Knuckles Some CLASSICS. SMB3 was always my favorites because of all the Tanooki Suit. NBA 2K10's soundtrack is immaculate. Spyro and Sonic & Knuckles are childhood staples for me.

68. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 67. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U 66. Super Mario Strikers 65. Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 I just need to say, Geometry Wars 2 is so low on this list but that's because we are now entering undisputable favorite zone.

It was Classics Day at @wearegameheads.bsky.social and I think this Newb class is the best I’ve seen at Space Invaders

72. Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 71. Super Mario Galaxy 2 70. Halo: Reach 69. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Galaxy 2 is here out of respect. I never actually owned it but one of my good friends loves that game and I grew up watching him play it. Reach was nice & of course Tenkaichi and MK8 are staples.

76. Borderlands 75. Kingdom Hearts 74. Diddy Kong Racing 73. Backyard Baseball Diddy Kong Racing was well ahead of it's time with all the different ways to race. Crushing homers with Pablo Sanchez in Backyard Baseball was awesome growing up too.

80. Team Fortress 2 79. Left 4 Dead 2 78. Call of Duty: Black Ops II 77. Gears of War 3 Xbox 360 days certainly had their staples. Remember The Orange Box? L42, BO2, and Gears 3 were all great after school games to play with the homies.

84. 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa 83. Sonic R 82. Kingdom Hearts III 81. Mario Strikers Charged FIFA World Cup was so addicting, coupled with an awesome soundtrack. Sonic R's soundtrack is all-time great and for that alone it makes my list.

88. MechCommander 87. Fable II 86. Digimon World Dawn 85. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 A PC banger, an Xbox 360 banger, a DS banger, and a game that's on here not because I like fighting games (I'm bad at them) but solely on art alone. I LOVE MvC2's artstyle, music, all of it.

92. Venba 91. Monster Hunter World 90. Ratchet and Clank (PS4) 89. Stray Solid story games with Monster Hunter World in the middle of everything. Venba's story telling and Stray's has me thinking differently about games.

96. Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly 95. Kid Chameleon 94. Sonic Battle 93. Bloodborne Some classics aaaaaaand (ik ik ik) Bloodborne. Only reason it's this low is because I didn't finish it and never went back since moving! I want to go back though eventually. I need a remaster soooon.
