One of my hobbies is hypertufa (see YouTube) and I wanted to keep them outside to age. This succulent was definitely chilly, so I put it on my bathroom window. I had a tiny cutting and started end of spring. I used big bubble wrap for the hypertufa mould. I’m happy. #Alberta #Gardening

In 2017 I did the same, we lived in a townhouse and I couldn’t get up the stairs to bed. I wouldn’t give in so I started doing daily stretching/yoga and have continued to this morning, so TF my back is never an issue. Hope you get relief. Here’s Sammy and Lola.
