I am the party that asked for him to stay 50ft away, and he is the party who continuously tried to make carve outs so he can get closer to me. I cried and told the judge that I didn't think his stalking was going to stop. It's been an overall scary experience though.

He wanted his own petition dismissed. I didn't want to dismiss, but it was what was advised by the domestic violence organization so he didn't have something to use against me. He admitted he filed a petition with false statements though, that none of the things were sent to him.

For anyone worried: I'm waiting to be contacted by the State Attorney's office in Illinois about the whole him contacting people and trying to share medical documents. I'm not going to say support Harry Potter, it's not a series I grew up caring about. I am very indifferent, but I am going to say don't alienate people who do like it. Do encourage them to buy fan art, esp from trans creators, but do not harass them for liking it. It was a comfort series for some.
