I've catalogued our setlists from all 13 of our shows so far and this is a really neat set of statistics

It's been 1 year since 867 was published. To mark this, we've put out 4 new renditions of songs from the record, as well as all of the original demos from the odd-numbered tracks. Thank you for your continued interest in this record and TITGH 🫏 < 3 waved.bandcamp.com/album/867-de...

We fucked up & these two 867 tapes have incorrect labels so I can't sell them, and yes, I'm giving them away (free intl shipping!) -reshare this post -reply with how many pencil crayons you think are in the box (closest wins) (Just open to those who don't have a tape yet! ending May 16th)

Still have plenty of 867 cassettes though!! I might be biased but if you love the record, I'd say this is a pretty essential item for you. We made alterations to all 10 tracks, some change their entire sound!

867 was released a month ago today. It's been a very surreal thirty days and while I am still hopelessly burnt out, the reach that this record has had makes me very excited for whatever comes next. I'm on that broken record shit but thank you so much for your continued attention and support! 🫏🐐

obviously its gonna drop to the high 50s when the charts update on Tuesday but for this week, 867 was at #20 on the Best of 2024 chart on rateyourmusic (and #2,563 of all time) and I think that's pretty neat, thank you for whatever that's worth lmao

Streetlight By Streetlight is one of the few story songs on 867. It's sung from the POV of 1 of the moose on the roof of this cabin (that has had many different owners since the 1930s) that I and most Yukoners have passed thousands of times in our lives. Born mossy, mouldy, torn.

This is the letter that the track Old George is almost entirely derived from, written in 1945 by Cole's grandfather, Michael. The song was written when Cole (who's given name is also Michael) was 3 days younger than Michael was at the time of writing the letter.

word count of the tracks on 867, I didn't think anything would come close to Robinson because it's just straight rambling for 7 minutes but we out here writing essays

867 came out last Sunday and the kind words from the people on my computer have been crazy affirming to read & respond to, so glad this record is reaching so many people!! Thank you all < 3 (this is a clip of the title track, one of the more jazz-centric and rhythmically complex cuts)

Mentioning again that @trickystoop.com and I have CASSETTE TAPES OF 867 for pre-order RIGHT NOW🐢🤝🫏🐐(on bandcramp). Mastered for the format, plus they come with some extra shit. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the songs themselves have some subtle alterations, but I'll let those be a surprise...

IT'S TRUE, Pay-tree-yawn is here! The goal of this is purely to help fund future physicals/merch/cool things, it also gives me the opportunity to speak uncryptically about where I'm at with music and high volume dumping. This picture has what to expect, with only one tier (L*nk below!)
