For some, this can mean having low moods, sleeping longer than normal, and often feeling lethargic. In some cases, seasonal affective disorder occurs (SAD). A loss of pleasure or interest in normal everyday activities, Irritability, Feelings of despair, guilt and worthlessness, Finding it hard to get up in the morning, Difficulty concentrating. Whilst not everyone suffers from SAD, the winter season can be hard regardless. What can we do to help with this?
