I’m hugely excited to be in San Francisco this week for the first-ever @clickhouse.com user conference! The past three-plus years have been an incredible journey, and seeing how far the company has come in such a short amount of time is deeply rewarding.

You make your own? I bought them this year but did make my own Welsh cakes.

My daughter just turned eight, I’m still useless at anything other than a basic ponytail. I bought a mannequin head to practice braiding and… 60 mins later I’m still shit. Dads send help!

I managed to get this children's book I've been working on finished and to the printer's in time for Christmas. * Based on an afternoon walk I took with the kids in Wales * Written by me, edited for grammatical errors by ChatGPT * Illustrated using Midjourney * Laid out in Affinity Publisher

I bought my daughter a bearded dragon this weekend and now I spend my meetings wondering if it's bored and worrying that I'm not entertaining it enough in the daytime when she's at school.

I'm not a fan of the harsh, utilitarian look of the electric GT, but I guess that's personal choice, a lot of people still seem to buy the Cybertruck.

I've been thinking a bit about the Jaguar rebrand. I can see why people would have issues with it when comparing it to the old, iconic British automaker. But when looking through the lens of a brand new EV company, I actually think it works.

I released this a few months ago, but this is still one of my favourite features on my iOS app Fight Scores. The ability to see how others are scoring a fight in real-time. fightscores.co

One of the most impactful things we've done for the visibility of Design at @clickhouse.com is send a monthly google slide deck that covers some of our recent work and highlights. #designsky
