Since the Capitals are my mortal enemy, I unfortunately remember that 2018 feeling of “THIS version of the Caps is the one that got it done?” I think if the Nill-era Stars are going to pull it off one of these years, it will have to be that sort of trajectory now. We’re no longer a shiny new toy.

I say keep the rule, but you’re only allowed to challenge if it was the first player on both teams to enter the zone. If defensemen were already back, no advantage was gained by the toe, so not allowed to challenge it.
