In the car AND the house at the same time. Multitasking!

But I can't see you! So you're hidden, along with the rest of Scotland, which I can't see either. At least not from here in Canada.

Mr. C. Cabra, a leading local amateur chupacabra expert, says that she probably saw a chupacabra, and not a cat-like creature. "In fact", he says, "almost all cat reports are actually chupacabras. It's all explained in my new book, 'The Feral British Chupacabra Menace'"

Looks classy. But I'll not get the version with the tail hole.

That shirt should go in the wash. Or the bin.

If he's going to hitchhike looking like that, it's going to take forever to get a lift.

I'd be more concerned if the warning was about beavers carrying knives.

In Canada, Shania Twain is our spiritual leader. We do what she tells us to.

Angry selfies in local newspapers. No need to have a journalist visit the scene of the outrage.

Here's what the bank AI should do... Calculate customers' dividend/interest payments to a fraction of a penny. Then round each payment down to the nearest penny, and deposit it in the owner's account. Then transfer the fraction that's left over to Derek's account. It'll add up over time.

Reminds me of when rock DJs played "Stairway To Heaven" so they could go get a cigarette break.

Public Loo Explosion. I saw that band when they opened for Dog Food Riot back in '82. I don't remember how the concert ended, but avoided the police raid.

I presume "1.7 m" is miles and not meters. If it was meters, you'd be very well positioned for smuggling contraband across the border. Keep a look out for opportunities.

I could play the role of the concerned citizen who tries to warn everyone about what is happening to the town, until he disappears without a trace, and nobody investigates what happened. All within the first 12 minutes of the series' first episode.

My mother got to 65,000. After she got too old to use her computer, I was the one who had to delete them.

Back around 1910, my great-aunt mentioned in a family letter going to a "swagger dinner" at a fancy hotel in London, England.

This miserable poem has just six lines. Compared to previously published and longer mangled, shattered disasters of epic excess, six lines is progress. Next steps are (1) a single rhyming couplet, then (2) nothing.

That's the third letter from Prince Asbo of Folkestone in the last week (see also yesterday and Aug 22). Obviously, he has nothing better to do and can waste his time submitting letters to Viz. Get a job, Prince!

I'm sure that 4500 years ago, the builders of Stonehenge got planning permission. It's just that 4320 years ago, the documents were tossed out when the council office was replaced by a cafe.
