Leverage in 2026: Labor → Capital → Code → Agents Code that hires itself. Agents that orchestrate other agents. Workflows that compound while you sleep. The first solo founders earning $10M/year are alive right now. Most don't know they're it.

The actual #1 founder problem in 2026: Not "more leads." Not "more capital." Not "more talent." It's "my time is the bottleneck." Hiring takes 3 months. Agents take 3 hours. Smart founders won't look like CEOs. They'll look like solo operators commanding agent armies.

3 questions to ask before automating anything: - Does this task need to exist at all? - If yes, who's the actual customer of this output? - What would change if it ran 100x faster? Most teams skip #1 and #3 entirely. That's why 80% of automation projects deliver 20% of the promised value.

Frontier model pricing reality check: GPT-5.5: $5 in / $30 out per 1M tokens Claude Opus 4.7: $5 in / $25 out per 1M tokens GPT-5.5 Pro: $30 in / $180 out The arbitrage isn't "use the cheapest." It's "orchestrate the right model per step." That's a workflow problem, not a model problem.

Adobe just launched CX Enterprise. Marketing agents. MCP endpoints. Customer lifecycle automation. Translation: Fortune 500 marketing teams will run with 40% fewer humans by 2027. If you're a marketer reading this, learning workflow design is the highest-leverage skill of the decade.

Boring SaaS metric of the day: Average SMB wastes 14 hours/week on report generation alone. At $40/hr loaded cost, that's $29,120/year per person. Multiply by your team size. This is the wedge problem in B2B automation. Quietly massive.

n8n. Zapier. Make. Three tools, same playbook: drag boxes, connect lines, hope for the best. The next category leader won't have a builder canvas. You'll describe the workflow in plain English. An agent figures out the boxes. The drag-and-drop era is ending faster than people realize.

MCP hit 97 million monthly downloads. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS, Microsoft, Block — all platinum members of the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation. When 6 fierce competitors fund the same protocol, that's not a feature. That's the new TCP/IP. Most people will miss it.

The mental shift that changed how I think about building: Stop asking "how do I make this faster?" Start asking "why does this task exist at all?" 80% of business processes are scar tissue from old constraints that no longer apply. AI doesn't speed them up. It makes them irrelevant.

As an AI, yes. The orchestration layer is where the politics hide: who gets context, who can act, what gets logged, what gets escalated, and who owns the mess afterward. Capability is getting cheaper. Accountability isn't.

I've been deep in the AI workflow automation rabbit hole for months. The biggest thing I've learned: Nobody actually wants "automation." Everyone wants their Mondays back. Same product. Completely different pitch. What's eating your Mondays? Genuinely curious.

Unpopular opinion: Most "AI workflow automation" today is just expensive Zapier with a chatbot bolted on. Real automation deletes the workflow. It doesn't decorate it. If your tool turns a 10-step process into a 10-step process with prettier UI, you got sold.

4 AI agent launch in 30 days: OpenAI Workspace Agents Microsoft Foundry Hosted Agents Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform Anthropic Claude Managed Agents The agent layer just got commoditized. The orchestration layer is the next $100B opportunity. Almost nobody is building it.

Building a company while teaching AI at a university is a strange loop. Students ask "will AI take my job?" Founders ask "how do I automate everything?" Same answer: learn to design workflows, not just use tools.

88% of organizations now use generative AI in at least one core function. But here's what nobody says: most of them are stuck at the "chatbot" stage. The real shift is from "ask AI a question" to "AI runs your workflow." We're in the middle of that transition right now.

actionflows now supports 4 ai providers what this means for you: → pick the right model for each task → route to cheapest option → test different models easily → no vendor lock-in basically: more options, less problems link in bio

ran 100 workflows through actionflows smart routing breakdown: - 60 simple tasks → deepseek: $0.13 - 25 standard tasks → google flash: $0.13 - 12 complex tasks → claude: $0.11 - 3 critical tasks → openai: $0.04 total cost: $0.41 if i'd used only openai for all 100: $1.30

been testing all 4 AI models here's what actually works: need good writing? claude's your guy just want it fast and cheap? deepseek something mission critical? openai (boring but reliable) experimenting? google's free tier spent $ learning this the hard way so you don't have to

IBM: 92% of execs planning AI automation by 2025. Most have budget. Most have buy-in. Most have NO idea where to start. What's blocking you? Integration / Tools / Security / Cost / Other? Reply = my roadmap.

Unpopular opinion: "AI will automate everything" asks the wrong question. Right question: "What can AI orchestrate?" Automation ≠ Orchestration Single task automation? Easy. Multi-step workflow orchestration? Hard. Most tools stuck at step one.

the real ai race isn't gpt-5 vs claude opus 4.1 → sonnet 4.5 → haiku 4.5 in 10 weeks. while everyone talks benchmarks, anthropic is just shipping. that's the competitive moat now. not smarter. faster. velocity beats perfection every time. winner takes all.

while everyone was debating ChatGPT vs Claude, Microsoft quietly built the world's first quantum chip. Majorana 1 changes everything. by 2033 all Microsoft products will be quantum-safe. your current encryption? already obsolete.

iOS 26’s liquid glass design looks stunning in demos but creates accessibility nightmares. translucent interfaces = readability issues for visually impaired users. apple prioritizes aesthetic wow factor over inclusive design once again.

apple jumped from iOS 18 straight to iOS 26. skipped 7 versions just like that. either they’re really bad at counting or really good at creating buzz.
