BUT, judge dismissed it "Without prejudice, " means it can be filed again! Hearn, lawyers filed a motion to dismiss "WITH prejudice," wants grand jury records, investigation of evidence presented-witnesses, etc. I hope the Judge lets him rip it open and release the vile intentions of DOJ!

Shortage of people in the Federal Gov. who enforce laws. ONLY the Executive Branch can enforce Federal laws. Legislative Branch writes laws. Judicial Branch interprets and make decisions based on laws. It seems a dangerous when Executive has so much power and can refuse to enforce any laws!
