It’s so true. As someone with celiac disease, I’m acutely aware of how hard it is to meet dietary needs. Food banks are life saving for so many - but also hard to get GF items from. So I do my best to highlight the need for them and also make sure I donate GF options! :)

Just a friendly reminder for no particular reason: when you’re turning right or left into 2 lanes if road, you turn into the lane closest to you, then move over to the other lane if it’s clear to do so. Do not swing wide into the farthest lane cause someone else maybe turning and that’s their lane

My dad is thrilled! They’re sending him home. I am cautiously optimistic but also FULL of anxiety. Of course home is where he wants to be - BUT WHAT IF!? My family and life role is “the fixer” - and I can’t fix this. And that’s so hard on my head and heart.

The problem is: mileage isn’t covered until I get to my start point at work. So, Windsor or Sipekne’katik. Only once I’m at work and moving between locations or doing outreach. 120km x three days away 130km x two days away Plus outreach and/or moving between communities.
