#DVPit #GN #A #LGBT #SF Mothersea is a seafaring, sci-fi comic inspired by the Italian surrealist literature that brings queer themes into the adventure genre. It's a story about desire and the difficult moral choices of adulthood experienced through the eyes of a diverse cast of characters.

#DVPit #GN #A #LGBT #SF The Moon orbits so close to Earth that it could be reached by flying, if only a strange force didn’t keep humankind from landing on its desired grounds. Reo longs to reach it one day, but the meeting with a counterpart will instead lead him to a journey towards his true self.

Impossible to mindlessly enjoy Witch Hat Atelier as a cartoonist. Every plot event has a strong analogy with some aspects of the comic industry. It’s always well concealed and done in a classy and clever way, however I’m constantly taken out from the fantasy and brought to the reality of my job.

I wish I'd sound less dramatic but I honestly feel like I'm constantly losing interest in making art and it hurts like witnessing someone I love slowly dying before my eyes.

Saw this little ancient roman statue of Hercules peeing and I had to make a fan art of it.

My rendition of the statue showing a drunk Hercules peeing. He holds a club in one hand and his peeing penis in the other.

Photo of the "Hercules mingens" (peeing Hercules) statue. It depicts Hercules in a moment of weakness brought on by drunkenness, as he urinates. The hero appears unsteady and unstable, and his nudity reveals sagging flesh, emphasizing the image of the decadence of Jupiter’s son.

What bothers me the most about the third instalment of FFVII remake is the fact that they titled the first two with words that work even without the "RE" suffix and didn't do that for the last one. Re-make, Re-birth, Re... velation?! It breaks the pattern and it haunts me 🫠

I can confidently say that I started a manga.

A screenshot of Clip Studio Paint showing the work in progress of a manga page that's zoomed into a panel where the protagonist is saying "You got this." at his reflection.

Validation of the week came from a girl who recognised me in the streets as the artist who "draws fat men with small penises" and makes her feel represented.

Given how much emphasis Square Enix is putting on the turn based aspect of FF Resonance it's clear that they've severely regretted going action with XVI and I love to see it.

Look at them they're so happy to be back! I mean, those on the right at least. #TheMagicalMysteriesofShazam @thesteveorlando.bsky.social

Naked cover for The Magical Mysteries of Shazam!
The composition is split in two by a lightning that's striking Billy Batson who's raising his fist and shouting "Shazam!". On the left there's a portion of Black Adam's face glaring menacingly at the viewer. On the right there's the whole Marvel family in their superhero form, all confident and excited floating in a serene cloudy sky.

Hola! 🇪🇸 El próximo fin de semana estaré en Comic Barcelona con mi cómic Cornucopia, publicado en tierras ibéricas por @sextories.bsky.social. En esta publicación encontraréis un poco de información sobre las actividades que me esperan allí.

First panel of a short comic about my plans during Comic Barcelona. All text is in Castilian Spanish.
- What I'll be doing and where to find me
There's me holding both the Catalan and the Spanish flags and a smaller me crying while riding a plane saying "I hate flying".

- At the booth of the Sexstories Magazine's divas, signing Cornucopia.
- Friday from 1pm to 3pm and from 7pm to 8pm
- Saturday from 1pm to 7pm
- Sunday from 12am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm
There's a very professional looking Giopota signing his books.

- Sunday from 3pm to 4pm at the Comic Forum for the panel "Eroticism and Diversity in Pop Culture"
There's me holding a microphone saying in English "We need more fat men in mainstream media." and the audience goes "Genius!", "Revolutionary!", "A luminary of our times."
And then a small caption "Sorry, I don't speak Spanish, I'm writing this comic using a translator."

- Friday, at the queer bar La Federica selling Cornucopia during their drag show, from 9pm until ???
There's a drag queen lip-synching a Spanish gay anthem (Ni Tú Ni Nadie by Fangoria) and me - a drunken mess holding my comic and a drink - in the background saying in Spanish "Buy my porn comic! Of course I'm not drunk!".
