You've heard of "if you give a mouse a cookie," now get ready for "if you give a deep gnome a few levels in Barbarian" 💢 My Path of the Beast Barbarian Penelope was attacked by a displacer beast when her powers first manifested, so now when she transforms, she gets some spooky tentacles of her own!

This is an incredible twist! I bet they were suddenly searching for components 😂

The dndwizards account reposted this on IG so I'm taking it as a sign that my 'hot take' is less controversial than I initially thought 😂

This is the most valid use of an ability score I've heard in a while 😂

People had arguments against every single one of these answers in the full-length video, so I figured I might as well bring the party to Bluesky! Go ahead, tell me why I'm wrong, I'm listening 🤔

I mean, I definitely want to wear the hat again so who knows!

Ginny Di @ginnydi.com · 20/09/2026

Who is this spooky lily-headed lady? ...wow, what an embarrassing question. You're just admitting you don't watch my YouTube videos like that? 🫥 Yikes!! Oof! Mortifying!

I cannot WAIT for it to be done with Colorado 😭 You're right that it feels particularly brutal this year

Feeling decidedly un-druidic during ragweed season 🤧 I love nature, but sometimes it really seems to hate me! 📸 Photos by @worldofgwendana.bsky.social

🌿🦌 working on a new portrait series for the Trouble on the Fey Train dnd game written by the wonderful Ginny Di 🪷🌲 #saintanicpanic #oc #characterdesign #fantasycharacter #dryad #satyr #faun #woc #newartist #digitalart #TroubleOnTheFeyTrain reupload cos i forgot ALT text

Digital portrait drawn with the symmetry tool of a woman of colour, with dark auburn hair, long sticks sticking out like antlers, sprawkling out into smaller twigs.

Pointy eleven ears barely point out from the voluminous hair. Half covered by it, but mostly visible are two pupilless blue eyes, without any white sclera visible. Pointed, thin eyebrows furrowed above them. Thick, full lips are coloured a dark rosy shade.

The arms are muscular, chest broad & full, the collarbones pronounced. Wearing a denim over-all worksuit which shows the freckled arms. The brown skin is speckled with freckles and twirling marks mimicking tree bark.

The background is a pale green colour with a lighter & brighter shade carving a floral pattern into it. It resembles the shape of an overgrown lyre.

Agreed! Most players don't want to win, they want a good story 🙌

It depends on the purpose of the combat! But most standard combat encounters will last around 3-5 rounds, with larger boss battles potentially hitting up to 10. If your group prefers shorter or longer battles that's absolutely fine, but it's worth thinking about how you balance their spell slots ☺️

Love spending time in the magical world of imagination with my favorite murderers 🥰🗡️

Ginny sitting at a D&D table, rolling dice into a tray. Text on screen reads "I love my hobby where I make up a guy everyone hates, and then we collectively imagine stabbing them to death"

In so many ways! Firstly, these games have to be a LOT shorter than home games. We have an allocated time slot and it's important that we stick to it while still creating a satisfying ending for attendees. And then there's the pressure of making it entertaining for viewers, not just ourselves 😅

My ugly duckling glow-up was orchestrated for the sole purpose of being able to lure unsuspecting travelers into my fey clutches, and I'm not ashamed to say it 😤

Ginny dressed as a spring-themed eladrin elf, wearing a light green dress with floral embroidery and a matching light green wig. She poses with hanging garlands of flowers in front of a background depicting an ivy-covered stone arch.

I will be publishing the full length interview on my Patreon, yes! Honestly, it was pretty surreal to spend time with her in person like this - every other time I've been there as a fan
