Celebrating Loving Day – June 12
Loving Day, celebrated annually on June 12, commemorates the 1967 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loving v. Virginia, which struck down laws banning interracial marriage. This day honors the courage and love of Richard and Mildred Loving.
