two characters, tabitha (owned by b-sky user frandlle) and dante (my oc), in an abstract scenario. dante faces away from the viewer, illuminated by a pink light, assumedly coming from tabitha, who observes him with interest, with her bird-like hands reaching toward him. crow feathers fall all around them, which come from her hair.

rare ginge sketch to break art block (they/she) #oc

a bust sketch of an anthro hedgehog character (not affiliated with sonic) named whitney. they're very skinny with big square glasses, a wolfcut with spiky hair, and wearing a low-cut tank top. they're sweating nervously and pointing to themself as if to ask if someone is talking to them. many such cases.

reposting because i noticed some crucial mistakes 😭 i haven't shaken off the halloween vibes just yet... or the soul king for that matter ✨👑 [ #onepiece #brook #art #illustration ]

a bust shot of the character brook from the manga one piece, with his post time-skip design and soul king getup. here he plays a little lick on his green shark-shaped guitar, facing the top left corner. he watches ghostly green flames flicker past his face and around him, meant to reference his devil fruit powers. he wears his iconic yellow-orange boa, a leopard print suit jacket, and a beige/cream colored dress shirt underneath with victorian style sleeves. he has pink and gold heart-shaped sunglasses and his signature top hat with a gold crown on the brim. he has two gold chains hanging from his neck, and gold rings on his skeletal fingers. the background is a green-to-blue gradient with stars/glitter.

and before anybody starts with me okay hear me out listen to me look at me i know. i know he is literally just bones. i know he's 90 years old. i know his skeleton jokes are corny. i know he's weird uncle coded. i know. ........ but. would. ft. an actual thing my fiance said to me a couple days ago

a sketchy doodle showing the artist and their fiance commenting on their aforementioned and rather questionable simping of the skeleton from one piece. he says, "for the record i was a brook stan WAY before you lol", to which she replies, "hey honey do you think he'd like fat bitches. no particular reason". that old man she's sexualizing is literally right there waving politely too. come on, girl

the funny part is i haven't even seen #onepiecefanletter yet but from the clips i did see of this soul king fangirl she's so funny and cute. wanted to be self indulgent and draw her and a self insert bc in the op verse i would literally be doing the same shit #onepiece #soulkingbrook #onepiecefanart

a series of drawings depicting an unnamed character from the recent one piece fan letter episode and a self insert up to various shenanigans. the piece is divided up using shapes to showcase the drawings. the unnamed girl is tall with bright blue eyes, big curly hair pulled back into a pony with straightened box bangs, and brown skin. in most of these, she's wearing a soul king t-shirt tied up in the front with leather pants, a pair of doc martens with yellow laces, and fishnet gloves. my persona on the other hand is short with a shaggy black-brown wolfcut, in fishnet stockings, also wearing doc martens with yellow laces. she also wears a feather boa and crown that is signature to brook's design after the timeskip. from left to right, top to bottom, the drawings are:

the two characters, in a chibi style, look startled and delighted when they hear soul king's signature laugh nearby, illustrated in a colorful speech bubble, and are trying to not freak out, based on past experiences i've had irl with meeting celebrities at cons. this doodle is transposed on a background of cartoony looking yellow stars.
next to this one is another pair of chibis, a closer view of both characters singing one of soul king's songs, dubbed ""bone to be wild"". they seem to be doing karaoke and look rather passionate about it.
underneath is a bust shot of the character from the episode framed by a circle and little green flames similar to how brook's devil fruit powers appear. she's in a black band t-shirt with black and white striped sleeves and looks a little bit aloof.
lastly, both canon and self-insert characters have more detailed fullbodies showcasing their concert fits. a noteworthy detail is the self insert is wearing a "got milk" tank top, meant to suggest both innuendo and reference how, in one piece, milk can literally just heal bones, as brook has showcased a number of times over the series.

here is my pint-sized metalcore vocalist fella, luther! he's an albino european pygmy hedgehog. he's a big sweetheart who has little volume control but he makes up for that by being the most energetic guy in the room, and a compliment to his more relaxed bandmates. he is also gay! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

a half body drawing of the aforementioned oc, luther. he looks the same here, but in a different outfit and expression. he seems to be leaning over a surface and laughing hysterically like he was just told a funny joke or story. he has a black tank top, a bullet belt, and leather pants. on his wrists, he wears bulky bangles with silver studs all around them. this one shows off his tattoos. on his left arm, in scratchy font, it reads "boycott the binary", with a gender neutral symbol above it. on his right shoulder, he has three tattoos. a leviathan cross, a spider outlined in red, and a skeletal hand making a "rock on" gesture, with a skull design where the bulk of the hand would be.
