The skin has perforations on its extremities and was tanned - it might have been used for clothing or as a funerary good. 7,000 years old, from Spain, and pristinely preserved!!! How cool is that. Thanks to @jolijnerven.bsky.social and Zoé Robinet for the DNA analysis + our Spanish co-authors!
