Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 2hI am quite impressed at how my little cctv system has worked out. Never knew I could do that. 030
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 2hWe are getting there. Evidence is building and the police told us today he’s actually on restriction over harassing his previous neighbours. They should never have moved him in there. A point I have made in a complaint which has been escalated to head of housing after I scorched several officers. 120
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 2hAnother day, another chat with the police about my parents' ASBO neighbours. Videos uploaded to police portal. Housing company Head of Housing included in the chat. I will not go quietly.... 2110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 10hMorning Skyfolk. Today is, as the good lady sings, unwritten. Here's an older picture of Jack 1110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 10hYeah I'm facing this next week when the new washer turns up and the nice guys of John Lewis have to fit it in my horrific utility room. 120
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 10hI don't know which song you're dancing to, but for some reason, Love to Hate You, is the one that's now giving me an earworm. 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 11hIt was horrific, but also very sad. I keep getting it mixed 8n my head with Phoenix and the Magic Carpet. Also terrifying. 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 02/10/2026The hoodies were lovely too. Couldn’t afford one and they really were too big! 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 02/10/2026I love it. They were great last night, I even managed to get up and dance to Vigilante and Storyteller made me cry 😢 love that song. I did laugh at the tee shirt stand when the lad said this was the only one that would fit someone as small as me! 110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026A stiff breeze could break them but they’re really good. The singer has just been gifted a stool! 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Magnum. This is one of the best lead guitarists I’ve ever see 110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026The support band Grand Slam used to play with Phil Lynott. They are incredible. 180
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026It honestly feels like that in the never ending corridors 110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026An elder rock band called Magnum. Looking forward to it but I’m having some back issues and hoping I will make it through til 11pm 120
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026The public areas of this hotel are gorgeous. The rooms are cheap and clean. Off to a gig! 110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Have fun in the best city in the country (yes, I’m biased) 000
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Oh! You’re actually in Newcastle tonight, I forgot. Have a brilliant time and sorry I was pre booked 000
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 01/10/2026The public bits are pretty. The rooms are like an abandoned outpost. 000
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 30/09/2026New book post. The older I get, the more I love Wendell Berry and Robert Frost. 010

Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 30/09/2026And my husband's dementia is not a trump card. It's a slow miserable tormented death for anyone. I'm watching another loved one dying of end stage dementia and it's unbearable. And that is my husband's future. There is no triump or trump here. Just hell. 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 30/09/2026That charity has some questionable ad choices, despite good intentions. Their radio / tv ads actually are pushing me towards despair by banging on about each dementia death of a person when they are still alive, bc I'm very aware of what it is going to do to my husband. But sure, be snide. 110
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026My husband has a genetic form of dementia in his 50s, but please, tell me how it's his fault for not brain training enough 🙄 2160
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I'm caring for someone in end stage dementia. It's horrific. This month my husband has been diagnosed with early onset dementia. Our future is a black hole of horror and agencies already fighting over who can be the least help. I wonder why we worked and paid taxes. We have no future. 472
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Apparently that’s the plan! Infestation of wood sprites incoming! 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Thanks Mark. It’s pretty devastating for us. He’s been referred for genetic testing as it seems to be a very rare type, but there’s not much can be done unfortunately. He’s a trooper though. 030
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I spent this afternoon writing poetry in a room with random bits of the Sycamore Gap tree in it. Some of my poetry was actually reasonable. 180
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026My husband has just been diagnosed with early onset genetic dementia. I wish I could hope. 181
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 29/09/2026That's just the way it is...somethings will never change 😊 030
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 28/09/2026I'm sorry, I know this is really serious, but I was skimming past the photo and had a huge Wayne's World moment..static.klipy.comGarth from Wayne's World: Sigh Head TiltAlt: Garth from Wayne's World: Sigh Head Tilt 4170
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 28/09/2026You're doing great. I can't imagine how hard your struggle is, I watched my dad go through something similar. He'd started every day with a bottle of rum for 15 years. One day, he didn't. And the next day, he didn't. And it sounds like you're finding your own path. All good wishes to you. 010
Jane @gingercrone.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Please don't judge us all from this idiot. Though I understand your sentiment. 110
