He she they them- semantics! Kindness applies to all. EVERYONE is touched in some way by these new edicts. I don’t care who you are - you know someone, you LOVE someone who is going to be affected and hurt. We tout concern for mental health- but so much here is harmful. #kindnessfirst

Tonight we enjoyed Hot Tuna LIVE at a small venue nearby. Never saw them but have been a fan from way back. I was blown away by Jorma’s dexterity and fluidity with his guitar. It was simply an amazing night of music. Loved these guys. Age is only a number! Live and enjoy your passion always.

I am grateful to have once again offered a Reiki/Sound session for a family of 5, in their home. And yep- this included teenagers. Sadly, I didn’t understand meditation when I was a kid or when my kids were growing up. I can only model my new life experience now
