You really need to stretch up a little. Mine never got comfortable until I reached 4mm. Smaller gauges put pressure on a small surface area on the skin and beyond comfort you run the risk of it making the piercing migrate (it’s called the cheese wire effect) under sustained force like from a cage.

In theory, you can set things up as two different systems and get round that, but it works so incredibly well that I just live with it. We also charge the batteries overnight at 3.5p for use during the day (we have Octopus Go for our electric cars) which is a big saving too

I’ve got 5.4kWh of the Ecoflow Stream battery’s and their smart meter, so it just deals with routing any excess to the batteries rather than the gird, but the grid-tie feed-in is capped by their software (although you can change the value a little by changing your country setting)

Mine does thermal throttle to 695w if it’s in the sun but it’s fine if shaded. Ecoflow currently cap all devices on the same system to a shared 800w total (although if you live in a different country then you can set that to 1.2kW 😉). The new rules change this although not for my batteries 😠

I love mine. Will pretty much paid for itself and the panels just this summer. The new plug in solar regs allow 800w of generation per house circuit, so hopefully Ecoflow will update the app to support this soon.

I’m definitely aware so I limit suspension time. Also you tend to “sit” in bondage harnesses as they have thicker straps than safety harnesses (which are designed not to impede movement) so the load is more spread out. I also tend to lift a subs legs which gives them something to push against

The programming thing is an odd one. I get (and use) hypno and stuff like that to enforce the "you are a rubber object" thing, but it's a hard no to the "injecting nanites to convert you" type stuff. It's just too role-play like.

I swear by PTFE tape. Just gone from 6mm to 7mm (1g) in 4 days. Put a couple of wraps of tape around your existing jewellery each day and you should be able to quickly size up by building up the laters.

It's the difference between the commercial flash freezing and the slower home freezing. When you freeze soft fruits and veg at home, it is slow so big ice crystals form and they destroy the cell structure making things mushy. Commercial freezing does it in seconds which stops this from happening

I bought a £15 pair from specsavers with basic leenses, no special coatings or anything like that. They have been the best pair I've had in years and I was routinely paying £200+. No difference in night vision for driving.

OK - I just went ahead and implemented this as it was pretty simple. You should be able to control the generator from any tab in the same browser. There are example comamnds in the remote control section

So there isn't any back end. It all runs completely locally in your browser. It would be relatively easy to add a BrodcastChannel so you could control the page from another tab in the same browser though

Ok - pushed out a few updates this morning. You can now alter the tone and voice pitch dynamically. You can define re-usable script blocks. - these can be 3 deep. Added highlighting to the editor so it will show you any errors. Let me know if you find any bugs!

Blocks are now supported. The instructions section has some examples on how to use. It was quite hard to prevent loop death spirals, but I think I've caught most of the edge cases. Let me know if you have any issues

Ok - that is done. Added a little slider so you can adjust the pitch of the voice. Also made it real time so you don't need to stop and start the script for it to take effect

I did look at that - however the logic becomes really hard to manage with the real time editing and it can get into a real mess. I just found it easier to copy and paste the blocks tbh
