SO excited for the Marrakesh Marathon tomorrow!! 🇲🇦 This will be my 24th marathon at the age of 28 (if I complete it). As the not so sporty guy in school it’s been life changing to find running - a sport that I love and see more and more people lace up their trainers each day. 🏃‍♂️ Yalla!!

BREAKING: Wales/Cymru have done it. TOP OF THE LEAGUE and PROMOTION to Nations League A after thrashing Iceland 4-1. In simple terms, this significantly boosts the possible opportunities Cymru has available to qualify for the World Cup in 2026 and the Euros in 2028. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Cumulative immigration to UK since 2021: India: 670k Nigeria: 310k China: 274k Pakistan: 166k HK: 131k Ukraine: 108k. Yes it'll prob come down in the coming years (a combination of lower student/worker/dependent flows) but this is not just, or most, a Ukraine/HK story, as some assume.

In case you missed it: Snowdonia/Eryri National Park have decided to keep using Welsh-only names. Yr Wyddfa will keep being used instead of Mount Snowdon. Eryri will keep being used instead of Snowdonia. It's because a vast majority of locals and visitors supported using Welsh-only names.
