Fine, here is a thread of reviews for less popular gay movies Some are moderately big, some are just old, some are completely indie, but they aren't the same 20ish movies we've already seen #filmsky #moviesky

Flirting with the idea of making a thread reviewing less popular gay movies because I'm a bit tired of the same 15ish movies being talked about........

I'm watching my first gay hallmark movie and this shit is such a giggle 🤭 like sure it's so fucking cheesy but the acting in this one is not half bad

I hate how repetitive the nepo baby discourse is, ppl fixate on the same 5 celebs that you could argue have a lot of talent Name 1 thing Lila Moss is doing that's worthy of a Vogue exclusive... I bet most of you didn't even know she exists; she's not even an influencer, she's just Kate Moss' kid

I've read now multiple fics that pause everything to give the reader a full breakdown on how to safely use certain drugs. That's life-saving advice that shouldn't be buried in fanfic, but it is! The world we live in so dystopian, why is it still not allowed to teach young ppl about safety measures?

I am begging people to READ lyrics before saying shit No "My Way" is not like "Better Than Revenge" lyrically. They have the same vibe, but Taylor is plotting revenge on a girl that stole her man and Olivia is warning a girl to get the fuck away from her man. Taylor is angry. Olivia is possessive.

I will say just one thing about the new Lena Dunham book. I don't care. Her body of work was dated in 2018, her self-centered writing style was criticized from the start and her feminism was shallow even in the 2010s. 2026 has no need for her as a writer I don't wish to see any of her new projects
