I agree on the value of HQ peer review, BUT as we know, "Highly Cited" does not necessarily mean "High Impact" anymore in times of Citation Cartels & Brokers ...just look at Springer-Nature's Scientific Reports, which makes much money with that 🫤 #ResearchIntegrity
