RIP the Xbox titles on Windows 10. Fuzion Frenzy just updated with this message. Hot garbage.

Got waitlisted for the Steam Machine. Probably a good thing in general though given my pending medical costs.

You are on the waitlist for Steam Machine 512GB with Controller

When we did the one-time randomization of the list, your place in line ended up beyond the number of units we'll have in this production run.

RIP. There was some genuine fun to be had in King of Meat and I'm happy to have gotten a chance to play it. Not surprised at all it's getting the axe after how nonexistent any kind of promotion was being done for it.

Might have to shelve God of War Sons of Sparta until a patch. Audio captioning is bugged or not finished or something. Every caption I've seen so far says "CAPTION HERE".

Huh, haven't seen this power saver thing before on PS5. (leaf battery icon)

Power Saver for Games

Select which PS5 games to play using power saver. Gameplay performance will scale back as needed to reduce power consumption.

Use Power Saver
This will also apply to newly installed games that support this feature. You'll see the power saver icon under games that support it on the home screen.

The stats do definitely still exist, since GetStat is returning success.

A screenshot of the Steam console's debug output for several GetStat calls which suggest the PS3 statistics still exist.

Rick @gib.me · 13/08/2025

It looks like you're correct. Those stats have a field named "platform_access" with a value of 8. Since that exists I would assume the Steamworks API is actually validating the correct platform is setting them.

Senshi is mine... with 19 minutes to spare before the crossover event ended in #Arknights. Only two weeks for the event seemed really short.

Got the crew with the currency I had... now I need to actually play #Arknights at some point to get Senshi, lol. Apparently I got stupid lucky with my pulls. got everyone in 6 ten pulls (and four 6*s in those). 😤
