TIL an old Mega Man fan game called “Mega Man: Dr. Wily’s Final Attack” features a secret boss based on one of the dev’s friends. She later came out as trans so earlier this year the dev released the first update to the game in nearly a decade to reflect this. Say hello to Blaze Woman!

Every robot master from 2-7 was a submission from a boss contest. MM8 also had a contest but Astro and Tengu were made by Capcom while Sword, Clown and Search were based on templates like the DO contest.

More confident about Kaji designing Astro Man and Tengu Man. Everything indicates that he was the main character designer of MM8. Also Dup and Tengu share so many design traits. Just look at these guys.

Hoping and praying Dual Override has a Bit Man so every single Mega Man III: The Robots Are Revolting! (DOS) robot master can have an equivalent in a Capcom game.

Something I’m proud of managing to predict about Dual Override is the game having a world based system instead of a single stage for each boss. I thought the stage shots from the reveal trailer were too similar to be one stage but too connected thematically to be completely seperate.

My favorite thing in Mega Man are “Spikes You Have No Reason To Ever Get Killed By”

Guts Man stage from Mega Man 1. OSHA approved impossible to reach spikes.

Doc Robot Shadow Man stage from Mega Man 3. 64 spikes you need to Rush Jet up to to get killed by.

Wily stage 1 from Mega Man 4. We must protect that ladder!

Charge Man’s stage from Mega Man 5. Roof mounted suicide spikes. Comes standard with all train cars.

Also, this would explain why Dess (Roaring Knight) wants to start the Roaring as it would be the only thing that would put a stop to the other humans on the other side of the lake that want monsters dead.
This would mean that Kris is actually Frisk but older and thatAsriel would be out in the battlefield not at college
Kris was only told that their goat bro was in college by their goat mother to protect them as Toriel was worried that they might betray and turn on their goat family if they found out or smth like that
oh yeah
that's why Dess kidnaps Asgore, Papyrus, Undyne, etc. to bring them to aid Asriel in the battlefield it all makes sense now and that concludes my theory
