Wrong Turn (2003) There are some movies that are aesthetically unpleasing, but use that to instil dread and surprise you with camera decisions that surprise you given the era. It’s a perfectly fine slasher movie all in all, can’t wait for the other parts to fuck that up. 6.1

Narratives that go about showing a character being slowly but surely become more accustomed to a toxic and dangerous situation, especially while being fully aware as a viewer that this is more of a warning of things to come than a pure piece of fiction really gives me those brain tingles.

Ludwig - Season 1 As someone who loves David Mitchell's comedy while not being big on Peep Show, this was a lot more sensible and comfortable watch as someone who also is a fan of murder mysteries. It just plays a bit too safe sometimes, case of the week with an overarching story is iffy. 6.6

Manhunt A very sex-positive and brutal view on how the view of biological essentialism is infective in the minds and attitudes of survivours, gets extremely graphic when it comes to that sexual aspect and a lot of the violence, whether that's physical or political attacks on one another. 7.7

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Having to constantly raise the stakes in your franchise is difficult when you present it as a rebooted arc, but when I say this has some the highest peaks in the franchise that isn't me being hyperbolic it's the tru- maaaagic~ 8.9
