Is it #worththeSplurge? This time we are looking at #REFY mascara, not a skincare item. But this mascara was truly puzzling for me and for that price? It's a big letdown as well. (And that's coming from someone usually paying £27.00 for Benefit Mascara) Thoughts on that wand? Would you try it?
