Out of the two parts I think I might've preferred Part 1 of Jojo? I think Dio is such an entertaining piece of shit in that part and learning a lot of the rules for the first time was incredible. Part 2 was good but I think the pacing dragged here and there

Control Resonant's combat being extremely basic is not surprising when you consider that Remedy has never made a game with a deep combat system *ever* And i don't mind this! I think the other qualities of their games raises the level quite a bit

very early thoughts of Nioh 1: - stance changing is sick. i'm a stance believer more action games should have stances they're very cool - being able to see enemy stamina is very nice because you can get a feel for when to be offensive and can bait them to whiff - Ki Pulse is a nice offensive tool
