Pied Piper adapted into one or something original could go kind of hard

They should someday do a stageplay based around the Xeno series

Furthermore liked how the alchemy system based gameplay style and RPG elements blended in together. Getting into the world has something fairly soothing to it, feels almost like out of a fairy tale

Played through both Atelier Marie and Elie to finally go back to the beginning of the series. Very much enjoyed both of them and the shoujo esque feel that is conveyed really positively stood out

To this date I feel like it stands extremely strong due to both the passion poured into it and its unique blend of genres through which there's something so special about the experience that in its form practically remains unmatched by any other series I could think of

Felt like dropping a few words on Sakura Wars 30th anniversary since it's already the 27th in Japan. Over time it has easily become one of my favorite series and through each main title these characters, this world they brought to life, truly became dear to my heart

cover art of Sakura Taisen released in 1996 on the Sega Saturn

Official artwork made for the 30th anniversary featuring the three main heroines (Sakura, Erica, Gemini) and two protagonists (Ogami and Taiga) from the first five main titles holding flowers in their hands

I feel you. It's so sad and frustrating to see

Ghonf @ghonf.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Oh that's awesome! Hope you'll enjoy it, I believe it to be one of the most special series out there

Rewatched Macross Δ: Zettai LIVE!!!!!! and being at a loss for words right now, it continues to be such a breathtaking experience through each passing second that forms this piece of art. Incredible to see the heights Kawamori once more reached with this title

To go a bit more in detail, I wrote more about it and some of my feelings on here. Couldn't be more fortunate to have gotten around to play it ghonf.blogspot.com/2026/09/hima...

"If there's a way to describe what this game is about I'd say it's both about past promises and looking into the future. Both regret and reconciliation. No matter how much time passed, promises can be kept and these meetings were worthwhile. Not only worthwhile but shaped lives and made this time so beautiful in the first place. No matter how much time passed... It's not to late. It's never too late to express your true feelings... After all how are we supposed to understand each other if we don't convey the way we feel."

Himanatsu was beautiful. Gripped my heart a lot especially thanks to Yomi's route and I believe this title marks another strong, all the more memorable entry in KeroMakura's library of works. Yomi might be one of my favorite heroines of theirs by now

Yomi: "You're right. It is complicated. It'd be so much easier if we could convey our feelings directly, without words."

CG of Yomi having fallen on the protagonist with her lap

Feels like a recipe for disaster. Especially with a game as complex and big as Xenogears

They shouldn't even think about touching this game without Soraya Saga and Tetsuya Takahashi outside of a simple port. Would sound like a horrible idea to remake it without the creative heads behind the original work and their leading vision

Same as with Atelier Ryza 2 previously last month, I also finally got around to finish Ryza 3 and enjoyed it quite a lot likewise. Both the cast and their interactions continued to be a lot of fun

Ryza and Klaudia talking to each other. Ryza: "I don't know what it is, but you can always talk to me. I know you quite well, Klaudia."

Ryza and the other three main characters, Lent, Tao and Klaudia standing next to each other while looking at the explorable area

Ryza talking to Lila: "Ah jeez, you misunderstand"

Hi marcie, hope you're well

Ghonf @ghonf.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

You're kind and passionate about the things you love in a sincere way! I think that's something to admire

There can never be enough of Erica's good morning dance

000

Crazy to see them reaching the goal this fast. A Switch release for Uta Macross would be great as well and I hope they'll be able to add as many songs from the entire series as possible

Feels like it's impossible to criticize something without falling into the pit of being grouped with the latter crowd who often tend to be right wing grifters and act like AI would even remotely deliver something akin to a good translation

Ghonf @ghonf.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Discourse about localization is so tiresome because on one side you have people mindlessly defending genuinely dumb choices and poor translations but on the other annoying shitheads who act like all localizers are the brood of evil

Seeing so many Kaguya fanarts makes me really happy. Still a while to go till December 3rd but all the more excited to get to know her

Glad to finally see her too now, alongside Mio and Kagiroi. Feels like a fitting closure as one more hero to Xenoblade 3
