Imho: The horror movie genre has the most bad films out of any other. It's 90% digging through trash to find the 10% that are watchable and even then half of those are standard to decent, which is not a knock against them when you've experienced pure garbage. That 5% though, when it hits it hits.

Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City is getting this resurgence as a misunderstood film & it's really not. Listen, it's better than RE: The Final Chapter but that's not a high bar. The microscopic bits of good elements it did have do not outweigh the fact that it's STILL a terrible film.

000

Luis B. Estrada @ggtenchi25.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

I don't think we'll ever get a 1 to 1 Resident Evil film but at least Zach Cregger's attempt was entertaining and felt like the games.

I still enjoy comics but good god do I grow more & more tired of heading to my local shop to pickup floppys. The age of man-babies persists & more often than not I walk in on new comic day with neckbeards mid convo about recent adaptations & subjects they know zero about but act like they do 🤢🤮

The new Bluey (movie) designs are good actually. That's how you (successfully change) character design. It keeps the feel of the originals while expanding on it in a new space. Congrats on the creative team, y'all are doing great 🙂

Vendors, have some tact and courtesy. This guy was like, "You knock that over & we're gonna have an aggressive conversation." to my kiddo for bumping into a rack of $$$ comics. Talk to my kid like that again & you'll be having an aggressive conversation w/me, shithead.

Sorry I'm struggling to see how Evil Dead Burn is the "meanest" in the franchise, throwing that word around in every single article? Have you not seen the original film? There clearly is humor in these last 3 installments, just not straight slapstick. Gorestick grosslaughs.

Rewatching Paranorman with the subtitles and clearly the Halloween theme is playing but the subs say Friday The 13th ringtone. Honest mistake? Or purposeful gag? Either way it's funny lol

Everytime there's a new entry in the Evil Dead franchise these whiner-babies come out and say the same tired sh*t, "It's not Evil Dead 2 or Army Of Darkness!" Can't with these neckbeards... ...I just buy my ticket & get pleasantly entertained by these ultimate experiences in grueling terror :)

I wanted to like They Will Kill You. It had a lot of things going for it but falls short on action and premise. There's a lot of potential there that just gets either wasted or isn't fleshed out enough. Shame.
