Arare is a 6 year old Catahoula-Kelpie mix. Last year she was in a shelter affected by the July 4 floods and was evacuated to a shelter in Austin. We adopted her in Feb. She doesn’t like men (who could blame her?) except for some reason she’s ok with me. Love this goofball.

Discovered recently in a market in Meguro, Tokyo. The package was printed to look like a weathered box of curry from the 60s. So cool. We don’t eat meat so wasn’t able to try it, but the label says the flavor is “nostalgic.” 🍛
