STOP WASTING LAND! 🛑 We don't need to pave over nature with endless solar farms. First, let's put solar on EVERY available roof and parking lot—library, school, supermarket, office, warehouse, and home. EMPOWER THE PEOPLE to generate their own clean energy. #RooftopRevolution

🍂 Leave the Leaves! Don't rake! Your fallen leaves are free compost & natural mulch. More importantly, they provide vital shelter for overwintering pollinators (bees, butterflies!) and support wildlife. Protect your garden ecosystem! 🌳 #LeafLitterLove #SaveThePollinators

It might look like a tree full of bright green leaves, but zoom in! This tree is actually absolutely packed with Ring-necked Parakeets getting ready to roost for the night. You can really see why these incredible birds are so successful in our parks and cities.

This young rabbit looked like it was suffering from Myxomatosis. 💔 I always notice quite a few rabbits with this viral disease after the harvest—when cover is reduced, it often makes the disease more visible in the wild population. A tough but common sight. #Wildlife #Myxomatosis

When did "modern housing" come to mean "shoebox houses with tiny gardens" and sterile green spaces? New developments seem to prioritize squeezing as many units as possible, leaving no real room for nature. Public areas obsessively mown & trees not watered. youtu.be/7CRR0b2UMFY?...

Balloons snagged on thorny scrub. This isn't the wild, untamed beauty Knepp represents; this is the careless intrusion of human celebration. Would a grazing animal mistake a deflated piece for food? Would a bird become entangled in the trailing string? @KneppWilding
