+ " Here I come-!! " He yelled out, thrusting forward with his right hand, spinning his tonfa 180 degrees to hit with the long piece in that thrusting motion. It was heavier than most regular police issue tonfa, resulting in a decent strike.. at least against most regular foes. +

" If that's what you want.. I won't let a dangerous foe loose like that. You WILL be stopped, even if perhaps I am not the one to be able to do it.. " He took a deep breath, before letting out some aura, focusing it around his body.. it was a decent power for a human, all things considered. +

“ That is enough. You've hurt people for far too long.. it's time you face consequences, Cell. ” Getting in a simple fighting stance, with both of his reinforced tonfa ready.. he pointed one at Cell. “ You are under arrest.. I'd ask you not to resist, but.. I doubt you'd comply. So.. ”

Wielding his two special Tonfa, forged with Zemurian Ore, and some pretty damn agile Strega boots, he walks in, the blue jacket from the Special Support Section clean and almost sparkling.. "Unmei, eh? Together, we'll overcome any barrier that stands in our path!!" 𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐘𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐉𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐃 #𝐔𝐍𝐌𝐄𝐈 !!

He sent out a simple transfer request, to be allowed to move into a certain multiverse team to investigate and control the situation, keeping casualties in the multiverse to a minimum if he could.. And Chief Sergei accepted it-!! Now, the time has come for Lloyd to join up with multiversal heroes..
