Completely wrecked by 3pm. Received several compliments for my French pronunciation, which I'm taking at face value rather than a consolation prize. Most of my French was learned out of spite. True story.

Last year I made the mistake of bringing a framework laptop to srecon to present, my talk was delayed/shortened by 15 minutes because of it and also AV screwups. Today I have a bog standard MacBook with a bog standard HDMI port and if they can't make that go it is into the sea with all technology.
