As such, you are to present yourself to the Fasil 02 kebele administrative office at that time in order to participate in the rally."
"Take note: As places of employment will be closed for the day, you are expected to participate in the demonstration. For individuals, groups or organizations who don't take heed of these orders and fail to appear at the rally, we will take action per the orders of the [Ethiopian army] command post]."
